MOSS WEH – Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

MOSS WEH CLOTHES TRADING (Operating as “MOSS WEH”) operates under an Abu Dhabi Trader License in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UAE time), on Fridays, or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking confirmation email.
We reserve the right to split shipments depending on stock availability.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times:
•UAE: 1–3 business days
•GCC: 3–5 business days
•International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, force majeure events, or peak seasons.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
3. International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import procedures imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
MOSS WEH is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping costs and original delivery fees may be deducted from the refund.
4. Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon confirmed dispatch to the shipping carrier.
MOSS WEH is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services after dispatch.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged, customers should refuse delivery where possible and contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
6. Product Variations
We make every effort to display product details accurately.
Minor variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences and shall not be considered defects.
RETURNS POLICY
7. Return Period
We offer:
•7-day return policy (UAE)
•14-day return policy (International)
Return requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe from the delivery date.
8. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
•Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
•Original tags must be attached
•Original packaging must be intact
•Proof of purchase is required
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
REFUNDS
10. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•Refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency.
•Exchange rate differences are not refundable.
•Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
In verified cases of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by MOSS WEH.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
13. Non-VAT Statement
MOSS WEH CLOTHES TRADING is currently not registered for UAE VAT.
Prices displayed are not subject to VAT.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits the customer’s statutory rights under applicable UAE Consumer Protection Laws.
